I’m creating a site with Olivia and Katia. I don’t have any questions about how to use  commons but questions in what to put on our own sites is leaving me questions about the ethics of who our site is reaching, what rhetoric we want to use in the population we want to reach. How exactly is ‘poor’  being defined?  Are working class individuals seeking Queer studies in a way that adds to the necessity of their lives?  Are their needs particular as opposed to someone else who has a higher income?  Is the site for those who are not in academia? Is it for those who aren’t able to have access through the pay walls? A syllabus we found really inspiring was Carmen Kynard, with her Syllabus zine.
